此免費外掛為 CoCart 提供額外的速率限制功能，可用在版本 4.0 以上。
只需安裝並啟用即可，無需其他設置。但若需更改任何選項，可透過 wp-config.php 檔案進行更改。

These are the constants to use in your wp-config.php which will override the default values.
